These are things your doctor won’t tell you—not because they’re hiding it maliciously, but because they’ve been trained to see disease, not wellness.

Today, I’m sharing five wellness secrets that your doctor either doesn’t know or can’t tell you. Consequently, I’m not saying it’s a conspiracy. I’m just saying there are powerful forces that benefit when you stay sick. Follow the money. Draw your own conclusions.
Secret 1: Your gut already knows what’s wrong.
Before you run to the doctor for a diagnosis, try listening to your body. I mean really listening. Sit quietly, breathe deeply, and ask yourself: what is my gut telling me? The gut contains millions of neurons—it’s basically a second brain. Furthermore, unlike your actual brain, it hasn’t been corrupted by medical school propaganda. As I discussed in my piece about body intuition, this inner wisdom is more reliable than any lab test.
Secret 2: Toxins accumulate in your aura as well as your body.
Everyone talks about physical detox, but what about spiritual detox? Negative energy from stress, conflict, and mainstream news can build up in your energetic field, manifesting as physical symptoms. Similarly, this is why I recommend regular sage cleansing—my cat Sage seems to understand this intuitively—and, if possible, relocating to a region with strong earth energy. Sedona is excellent. Secret 3: Pharmaceutical companies profit when you’re sick.
I’m not anti-medicine. I’m pro-questions. And here’s a question your doctor won’t tell you to ask: if drug companies make money by selling drugs to sick people, what incentive do they have to actually cure anyone? None. That’s the incentive. Zero incentive. I’m just following the money here, and the money leads somewhere troubling.
The Secrets They Don’t Want You To Know
Secret 4: Your body doesn’t need chemicals. It needs permission.
Most ailments stem from blocked energy, unprocessed emotions, or a disconnection from nature. Before reaching for a pill, try asking your body what it needs. Maybe it’s more sleep. Maybe it’s less gluten. Maybe it’s a long walk in the desert where you scream your truth into the wind while Luna and Remedy watch from the porch. You don’t always need medicine. Sometimes, you need meaning.
Secret 5: The medical establishment protects itself, not you.
I know this perspective isn’t popular with the medical establishment. Nevertheless, I’ve had my differences with the Ohio Board of Chiropractic Examiners—creative differences, let’s call them. A patient and I had a disagreement about protocol. She made different choices than I recommended. Things happened. However, I’d rather speak my truth and face criticism than stay silent while people suffer unnecessarily.
