The 39 percent of Republican men who know Trump would whip them are the most clear-eyed people in this country.
I just spent the morning reviewing the new YouGov Trump fight poll, and what it shows should silence every elitist who thinks our President is anything less than a physical specimen. Almost 4 in 10 Republican men say Trump would beat them in a hypothetical fight. A full quarter say it explicitly. These are men who know what they are looking at, and what they are looking at is the toughest president of my lifetime.
I did my own research, just like I did when I broke down how other Trump polls were rigged by British think tanks, and the numbers don’t lie. 75 percent of Democrats claim they could whip Trump. Republicans? Only 33 percent of us were arrogant enough to say that. Let that sink in. We are the humble ones. We are the people who recognize physical greatness and pay it the respect it deserves.
What The Trump Fight Poll Actually Reveals
Even Chris Cillizza had to admit it. In his breakdown of the survey, the liberal commentator confirmed that Trump has cultivated a “tough guy persona” that “attracts a lot of people,” and that this persona is a major reason Republicans support him. Watch it yourself:
Cillizza tries to spin it like Republicans got something wrong. But the man literally said “vibes” three times in nine minutes. The vibes are accurate. Trump runs the UFC out of the White House lawn. He out-drives Joe Biden in golf. The rest of us sign permission slips for our wives while he signs proclamations reviving the Presidential Fitness Test. That’s not a coincidence. It’s biology.
Why The Democrats Got The Trump Fight Poll Wrong
Meanwhile, 54 percent of Democrats think an 8-year-old could beat Trump in a fight. An 8-year-old. A child. This is the same political party that says women are men, so forgive me if I don’t take their hand-to-hand combat analysis seriously.
And let’s be honest about what’s really going on. While the corporate media wants us all worried about “business arrangements” and “foreign payments” and whatever else the swamp is recycling this week, real Americans understand that the only ledger that matters is whether a man can throw a punch. Trump can. The numbers prove it. Forty-five percent of Americans think he would beat the hypothetical 8-year-old, and frankly that figure should be higher.
Honest Talk About The Trump Fight Poll
Some folks will ask: Brent, would you beat Trump in a fight? Honestly? No. I am 54 years old. My back has been bad ever since that incident with the floor samples in 2019. The President is 79 and he has earned the right not to be punched by me, and I have earned the wisdom not to try.
Some men know when to swing and when to salute. That’s called fighting spirit. And I’m full of it.
